What is Traditional Spring?

Traditional Spring follows the same foundational approach used in the WILDFIT® 90-Day Challenge, combining both meat and vegetables in a balanced and structured reset.

It also includes the Alkagizer smoothie to support your body during the transition and help maintain consistency throughout the program.

This may be the right track for you if:

  • You want a balanced, sustainable way of eating

  • You prefer a mix of meat and vegetables

  • You want to follow the proven WILDFIT® framework

  • You’re looking for structure without feeling restricted

  • You’re unsure which track to choose

If you’re undecided, this is the recommended starting point, giving you a solid, well-rounded foundation for your reset.

What is Hunter's Spring?

Hunter’s Spring is a powerful, meat-based reset designed for those ready to go deeper in their healing and transformation.

This track creates a complete break from plant-based foods, allowing your body to step away from potential irritants and support a more focused reset.

This may be the right track for you if:

  • You want a more intensive and structured approach

  • You’re aiming to support weight release and reduce inflammation

  • You experience joint pain or ongoing discomfort

  • You are dealing with autoimmune-related conditions

  • You prefer a simplified, meat-based way of eating

This track is designed to create the conditions for deeper recovery, helping your body reset, stabilize, and function more efficiently.

What is Gatherer's Spring?

Gatherer’s Spring is a plant-based approach designed for those who feel better with lighter, non-meat nutrition.

This track may be ideal for you if:

  • You follow a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle

  • You have difficulty digesting meat, especially red meat

  • You experience inflammation or bloating from high-fat foods

  • You have heart-related concerns

  • Your doctor has advised you to avoid red meat

This track allows you to reset your body using whole, plant-based foods while still following the structured guidance of the program.

When are the live coaching calls?

Live Coaching Calls usually take place on Mondays and Fridays unless otherwise stated by Master Coach Glory Jane. Full details will be shared upon registration — with plenty of notice to plan ahead.

What if I can't attend a live call?

Life gets busy — we get it. Every session is recorded and shared with members as soon as it's ready. You'll never feel behind, even if you miss a live call.

What if I’m unsure which Spring track to choose?

Don’t worry - you don’t have to figure everything out right away.

You’ll have the entire Week 1 to experience the program and gain clarity. During this time, Coach Glory Jane will personally guide you so you can confidently choose the track that best fits your body, lifestyle, and goals.

You have until Day 7 of Week 1 to finalize your decision.

Pro tip: If you’re unsure upon enrollment, simply start with the Traditional Spring Track—this is the safest and most recommended starting point for most participants.
